Return of goods
If you wish to return the goods, you can view your order and order a return label under the Return goods menu item when you are logged in. However, this is only possible if the voluntary return period of 30 days** from receipt of the goods, which exists in parallel with the right of withdrawal of 14 days*, has not expired. If this is not the case, the costs associated with the return cannot be covered by us.
